Who we are and how we came about
Since 2003, JuntoVenture has proactively encouraged outdoor participation to help others to appreciate nature and increase the desire to live a more sustainable, active, and healthy life.
JuntoVenture, a 501 (c)(3) non profit organization, originated from a five year old outdoor club at UCSB. It is now full of passionate, dedicated individuals who are striving to improve the world by changing their own habits. Those individuals carry on JuntoVenture’s vision through various outlets, especially media.
We believe that media places a huge role in the majority of our lives, especially for those that do not get the direct opportunity to step outside into the great outdoors. It is also the one of the mediums to use to reach a large audience.
What Do We Do?
JuntoVenture acts as a media content creator, an online community facilitator, an environmental educator, and a new age explorer.
We design and produce web-episodes that feature helpful eco-living tips, green technology info, and raise environmental awareness.
We also produce e-blogs, e-newsletters, e-zines, and other publications to inform people about the latest eco trends and products.
