Our Professional Training Program, taught over ten weekends, is designed for busy people who seek an innovative approach to nutrition and holistic health education.

We are the only holistic nutrition school in the world integrating all different dietary theories – from the old to the ultra-new; from the east to the west; from ancient traditions of macrobiotics, ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine to modern scientific theories and the current diet trends.

We also address what these theories don't talk about, a concept we call primary food. Healthy and fulfilling relationships, physical activity, career and spiritual practice, fill your soul and satisfy your hunger for living. When primary food is balanced, the fun, excitement, love and passion of your daily life feeds you, making what you eat secondary.

As a student at Integrative Nutrition, you will:
