Spiritual Sprouting Apprenticeship Course

Description

Sprouting is the easiest, quickest way to get fresh, organic, high vibrational, high mineral content, Live Raw Foods into your diet…Everyday! “Sprouting is like having a garden at your fingertips!” -Doris Kragnes. Here at the Tree of Life, we understand and learn how crucial it is to bring love into the work that we do. If you have watched the movie, “What the Bleep Do we Know” or read the scientific studies of Masaru Emoto, you know that water reacts to and carries any intent or vibration you put into it. The water crystals literally change shape according to your thoughts. Our bodies are 70% water and our blood is 96% water. We raise our own vibration by raising the vibration of the sprouts from the first moment we receive and soak the seeds. By practicing daily intentions of love and gratitude, our final products of sprouts and wheatgrass carry the highest vibrational energy that we can achieve, helping our guests (and ourselves) to heal and thrive. As a result of this program you will be able to go home and teach your family, friends and anyone else who wants to know, how to produce high quality sprouts and wheatgrass in their own homes. You can also go away with a sense of greater well-being and connection to your spiritual practice, whether you have been practicing for a long time or are just starting out on your spiritual journey. The sprout house works in conjunction with the garden by providing the kitchen with as much high enzyme, high vibration, high mineral, Live, organic, fresh from the garden food as possible. We feed 40-60 people 3 times a day in the Tree of Life Kitchen by producing and serving sprouts that are in accordance with Gabriel Cousen’s, Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine Diet. We learn though doing. So you can expect to experience watering sprouts, mixing soil, harvesting sunflowers (and many other sprouts), sifting compost, helping with ongoing projects (like creating garden beds that will recycle the water that we use for the sprouts) and doing daily routines, including keeping the wheatgrass area next to the café, clean and ready to use. You will be expected to work 8 hours, 5 days a week, starting approximately 1 hour from sunrise and ending 1 hour from sunset. (The start and end hours vary according to the seasons) When the daylight hours are long, there will be a break during the heat of the day…a wonderful time for a siesta or to go for a swim in the pool. There are opportunities to participate in yoga and food preparation classes (like the Thursday Raw Chocolate class!) and you will have half days when you will be scheduled to work in the kitchen and garden each week! We do expect you to work 40 hours a week and we are as flexible as we can be, so you can get the classes in that you want. A typical Day in the Sprout house in the winter (appx. Sept. through March) 9am-1pm Work 1pm-2pm Lunch 2pm-5pm Work In the summer we may start as early as 6:00am…have a break in the mid-day…and end at 7. On Wednesdays you will assist in teaching sprouting class in the a.m. shift and then spend the rest of the afternoon in the kitchen helping the chefs! One morning a week for 4-5 hours, You will go to the garden, so you can experience the gardening aspect of the Tree of Life as well.
