Adastra offers Carneros Napa Valley Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Merlot and Syrah made from organic grapes. Family-owned, Adastra is run by Chris Thorpe and son-in-law Edwin Richards. Pam Starr has been Adastra's winegrowing consultant since 1997.
