Beyond Organic Grass Fed Beef

Family owned & operated cattle Ranch located in Central California. Six generations of the Nick family have been raising healthy Beef and recently it has been offered to the public. The Nicks were the first livestock producers in San Luis Obispo County to become Certified Organic. USDA Inspected and processed just down the road at a family owned processing plant. The cattle grow at their own rate; no growth hormones or steroids. The cattle graze peacefully alongside the deer, extra seed is planted to allow the wild turkeys their share and still give the calves a nice pasture. A large bear watches her three cubs romp nearby while Fred Nick checks the water supply for the cow herd. The water troughs are kept full to allow the bats to skim for a drink.
