Alignment Consulting & Facilitation is a global consulting business based in Marin County, California. We support groups and individuals in choosing to align more closely with their greatest gifts, potential, and purpose, through facilitation of existing community and work groups and workshops that foster curiosity, creativity, spirit, personal growth, and synergy. Liza Behrendt, founder of and primary consultant at Alignment Consulting & Facilitation, holds a Master's Degree in Human and Organizational Transformation from the California Institute of Integral Studies. She was born a change agent and is known for compassionate, truthful, and keenly attentive support of people and groups that are in transition. Her facilitation skills have been honed through international volunteering, corporate project management, a wide variety of community activities, and research on being in harmony with the Earth.
