I am inviting you to take the time to read these words, that are joined in rhyme.
They’ve come together, for better, not worse,
Morals and messages married to verse.
Written for you, and also for me,
is this book of pictures and poetry.
I am not an author who can claim
that my life and my writing are one; the same.
Moments in time of elevated height
are the inspiration for what I write.

is intended to be an uplifting friend.

Butterflies has been a proud vegan for a quarter of a century, and has lived communally for 25 years. Her life’s passion is to spread the vegan message. Towards that end, she publishes informative articles and is a professional vegan chef. She is also a full-time volunteer for a non-profit educational organization. Metamorphosis is her first compilation of poetry and photos.
