The Tree of Life provided me with the skills that WILL change my life. Last week I was eating steak. This week I may or may not have salad with my raw museli. I lost an amazing 6 lbs during the week. No discomfort. In fact the occasional mild hunger pains I experienced were delightfully accepted as proof I was succeeding! I fully expect that my body will acieve my heart's intention: radiant health, with bounce and joy in every step!
