Closing Announcement Sat Nam Community, We are full of heart both sad and glad to announce the closing of The Well. The main reason for this decision is financial. We can no longer afford to continue The Well. We have tried numerous ways to keep the roof over our head, including changing the way we operate and trying to shift to a non-profit status however we have not been successful. We will continue our classes & healing arts schedule as is through Monday November 24th. After Monday the 24th, the Well will be completely closed. Although The Well has run out of money, it has not run dry in spirit. Our wish and hope is that, though the body of The Well is no longer, the spirit of it can continue in the living rooms and back yards of this community. Have fires! Do Yoga! Host Workshops! Have movie nights! Help Each other! We are leaving our Yoga and Local Community Building departments in the capable hands of the wonderful Ali and Forest Hoffmaster. We are leaving our Massage Department to Carl Schwartzman. He is a great massage therapist, skilled in many styles and delightful spirited person. If you loved the sacred space and design of The Well and would like a design consultation or design information email Leslie at: Leslie.Lewart@gmail.com Amy and I have decided to leave the area to explore and learn. Our current personal goal is to study earthship sustainable home construction (earthship.net), find a large piece of land, and build with the help of those interested, a completely self sustainable (food, shelter, energy) community. Amy & I will continue teaching yoga, reiki and aromatherapy classes and sharing our healing arts with those that cross our paths wherever we are. We will continue to share what we are up to and our whereabouts with you, if you wish, through this newsletter and our new blog (http://lanceamy.blogspot.com). For those who saw Amy or myself for Acupuncture or Aromatherapy treatments please be in touch with us for personal referrals. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. These past two years have been such a gift.
